First Win of 2012 for Capps - Coleman

On March 3, 2012, Ronnie Capps and partner Steve Coleman took home their first trophy of the 2012 season by winning the Bass Pro Shops Crappie Masters Team Tournament on the Tennesse/Tombigbee Waterway in Columbus, MS. Ronni and Steve weighed in a seven-fish limit that weighed 11.52 lbs. and included a bif fish of 2.19 lbs. It was a good win for the team and proved again that they are hard to beat on this body of water. Capps and Coleman show off some of the fish from their latest win.
Reelfoot Wounded Warrior Classic 2012

Ronnie Capps joined several other guides on Reelfoot Lake and participated in the Wounded Warrior Crappie Expo April 11 & 12, 2012. The group provided meals and local guides to take each serviceman/woman fishing for two days.
"Ronnie and I were honored to spend our time with two soldiers, Stepanie Drone and Keleigh Bridge. We hope this event will encourage others to lift up our soldiers and show love and gratitude for what they do for us every day. It's a small gesture compared to what they do for our country. Thanks to Stephanie, Keleigh and all the other soldiers who were our honored guests," said Kelly Capps, wife of guide Ronnie Capps.
